German submarines supplied at sea or in the Canary Islands according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 5 April 1942

An item reported that there were many indications that supply vessels supplied fuel and supplies to enemy submarines either at sea or in the Canary Islands. The supply vessels were to have left in February German-controlled harbours but could not be identified.
