Part of the Northern Fleet. Project 11551 Fregat-M/1155 Udaloy-class preceded by Sovremenny-class succeeded by Lider-class. Was to be have named Khabarovsk but renamed on 24 May 1982. Laid down on 27 January 1982, launched on 21 February 1985 and commissioned on 30 September 1988.
