New appointments for several Japanese naval officers on 15 December 1938

A letter of the German naval attache in Japan dated Tokyo, Japan 16 December 1938 reported that the Japanese Minister of Marine on 15 December 1938 appointed a large number of naval officers on new points:

Vice admiral Koichi Shiozawa, Admiralty staff

Rear admiral Eijiro Kondo, staff station Yokosuka

Rear admiral Takamoto Togari, Admiralty staff

Rear admiral Rokuro Horie, chief 11th united aircraft department

Rear admiral Yuzury Tayui, Admiralty staff

Rear admiral Yoshikazu Yendo, Admiralty Staff

Rear admiral Seiichi Ito, chief personnel Department of Marine

Rear admiral Toshihusa Nakamura, chief staff station Kure

Rear admiral Koki Abe, deputy director naval school(Etajima)

Rear admiral Matome Ugaki, chief 1st department of general staff

Captain Tadashige Daigo, adjutant emperor

Captain Shizue Ishii, chief aircraft department Oita

Captain Raizo Tanaka, chief staff station Mako

Captain Tokuji Mori, chef staff station Ominato

Captain Ryukishi Tamura, chief 3rd. section department personnel station Sasebo

Captain Goichi Kuroki, Keijo, Korea.

Frigate captain Takesue Furuse, chief aircraft department Tskuba
