Personnel strength of Russian Caspian Sea to be increased according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary (W.I.S.) No. 44 dated 5 November 1921

An item reported that was proposed to increase the personnel strength of the Caspian Sea Fleet from 1,800 up to 2,300 men at the expense of the other fleets and that military and polical equipage in the countries adjacent to the Caspian Sea was to be increased.
