Russian colliers arrived at Singapore acccording to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 23 February 1904

An item dated Singapore 23 February reported the arrival that same day of Russian colliers bound for Port Arthur. The orginal orders of their masters were changed.(1)
