Russia stopping neutral colliers in the Red Sea acccording to the Dutch newspaper Bataviaasch nieuwsblad dated 2 March 1904

An item dated The Hague, Netherlands 1 March reported that Russia demanded that th colliers halted in the Gulf of Suez would remain ten days under their supervision before allowed to continue their voyage.(2)
