British tanker Empire Stream visited Ponte Delgado, Azores in June 1941

In his letter No. 855 dated Lisbon 8 July 1941 reported the German naval attaché in Portugal to the Oberkommando der Kriegsmarine at Berlin the marine traffic at Ponte Delgada, São Miguel, Azores, Portugal the British tanker Empire Stream. Arriving on 13 June coming from Horta/Fayal, departing to Afrika on 13 June, gross register tonnage 2,922 tons, in ballast waiting for orders.
