Ld., East Yard, Port Glasgow, with yard number 311 Scotland on 12 April 1907 and torpedoed and sunk by the American submarine USS Triton around 50 nautical miles south of Quelpart Island, East China Sea on 21 February 1942. Gross tonnage 4,491 tons, under deck 4,088 tons, netto tonnage 3,205 tons and as dimensions 376.0 x 52.3 x 17.6 feet.
