Number of submarines at Toulon, France further increased according to the Kriegsnachrichten of the Chef des Admiralstabes der Marine dated Berlin 21 August 1917

An item referred to a message of an agent dated 10 August reporting that the number of submarines lying in the harbour of Toulon, France was increased with another six boats.
