Pakistan frigates planning to visit Thailand according to the Australia Station Intelligence Summary dated 1 August 1955

An item reported the planned visit in November by four frigates of the Royal Pakistan Navy to Thailand. One frigate was flagship of Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Pakistan Navy rear admiral Choudri.(1)

1. Haji Mohammad Siddiq Choudri (10 May 1911 Batata, British Raj-27 February 2004 Sindh, Pakistan) was Commander-in-Chief between 31 January 1953-28 February 1959. Ended his career in the rank of vice admiral serving between 1930-1959 in the navies of India and Pakistan.
