Soviet patrol vessels of the Baltic Fleet sighted in August 1936 according to report of the American Military Attaché at Riga, Latvia No. 9711 dated 19 February 1937

An item referred to the report dealing with the trainingexercises of the Soviet Baltic Fleet in August 1936. It supplemented the reports 9697-7040 and 9699-7040. Three S-destroyers were in August sighted while in operation. The three patrol vessels of the new type mentioned in the July1936 report were now executing trial trips.
