Part of Yonfeng-class consisting of the Yongfeng or Yong Feng, Yongxiang or Yong-Siang, Yonghian and Yongji, the latter two built in China with added poop decks. In fact enlarged seagoing versions of the Kiang- and Chu-classes river gunboats. Launched by Jiangnan Shipyard, China in 1915 and beached on 21 October 1937 when she was attacked by aircraft during the Battle of Wuhan. Taken into service by the Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China or so-called Wang Jingwei regime renamed Hai Hsing and after the war part of the Nationalist Chinese navy.
