Swedish naval preparations for war according to the Dutch newspaper Bataafsche Staatscourant dated 7 May 1806

According to an item dated Stockholm 22 April continued the preparations of the Swedish navy for an eventual warfare. At Carlskrona were 6 frigates fitted out and 24 vessels of the so-called Finnish scheren (inshore) fleet were ordered to go to the southern Swedish waters.
