Own navy for Manchuria according to the Dutch newspaper Limburger Koerier dated 28 August 1934

An item dated Peking 28 August reported that the general staff of the Japanese navy completed a plan to found a own navy for Manchuria.(1)

1. Japan invaded on 19 September 1931 Manchuria established the puppet state Manchuko which existed until the end of the Second World War.
