Turkish cabinet asked for extra naval budget according to the Dutch newspaper De Gooi- en Eemlander dated 17 January 1936

An item dated Istanbul 17 January reported that the Turkish cabinet requested the Parliament a extra budget of 2.100.000 Turkish pound to strengthen the navy.
