Reorganisation of the Mexican navy according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad 1932 no. 6

An item referred to the magazine Proc. dated September 1932 which reported that the Mexican minister of marine a reorganisation of the navy announced with as purpose to be able to defend the Mexican coastline in a proper manner. Several foreign powers already offered Mexico to sell light cruisers and coast guard ships.
