Inhabitants of Cuba bought armoured frigate for Spanish navy according to the Dutch navy Rotterdamsche courant dated 1 July 1864

An item dated Madrid, Spain 30th June reported that the inhabitants of Cuba bought an armoured frigate to add to the Spanish squadron off Peru.
