Soviet Torpedo cutters overhauled at Tallinn, Estonia according to a CIA report dated 5 August 1954

An item reported that in the winter of 1953-1954 at the shipyard at Tallinn, Estonia 12-100 ton torpedo cutters were overhauled. Each cutter had 4-3bladed screws each driven via 1-2.000hp diesel engine resulting in a total horsepower of 8.000 hp. Fitted out with 3 rudders.
