The Ching-Lan Chiang motor torpedo boat base according to a CIA report dated 24 July 1967

An item dealing with the Ching-Lan Chiang motor torpedo boat base at Ching-Lan-Shih, China reported a location of 0,5 nautical miles south east of Ching-Lan-Shi-west side of the Ching-Lan Chiang )1933 North and 11049 East), The available facilities were 1 T-shaped pier, 1 marine railway with 12 repair and store rampages, another small marine railway, a recently built boatshed near the head of the large marine railway. Around 45 support structures and 6 barracks at the south west end of the base of which had yet no roof.
