1. Bramble-class screw gunboat, launched by Harland&Wolff, Belfast, Ireland with yard number 190 on 27 November 1886, completed on 4 February 1897 and sold to be broken up in February 1905.
2. The newspaper Soerabaijasch handelsblad dated 20 July 1900 reported that the British Asiatic squadron was strengthened by the aged gunboat HMS Lizard and cruisers Mohawk and Wallaroo.
