Norwegian seal hunters allowed to hunt in the Northern Russian waters according tot he Dutch newspaper Onze Eilanden dated 7 March 1923

An item dated Christiania, Norway 27 February reported that the Norwegian Wingl&Co. signed a contract with the Russian government in which she was allowed to hunt seals with 55 Norwegian seal hunters (ships) in the Northern Russian waters, starting 20 January until 15 June.
