British cruiser HMS Suffolk visited the Duch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper De Indische courant dated 13 March 1939

An item reported the intended unofficial visit of the British cruiser HMS Suffolk between 8 and 14 April at Surabaya, Dutch East Indies.(1)
