An item referred to the newspaper Daily Telegraph reported that German naval seamen guarded the Bristol Hotel in Vienna, Austria where the commander-in-chief of the German navy general-admiral Räder arrived. According to the rumors came he to Vienna to reorganize the Danube flotilla which was recently considerable strengthened with headquarters at Linz.
